If your question is not answered here please let me know. 🦋 While I am paid in full by my clients at the time of service, insurance may reimburse you for my services if it’s a PPO plan so please check with your carrier. 🦋 Treatment can last from a handful of sessions if dealing with a specific incident like an accident, a singular issue like witnessing a trauma, or a traumatic environmental event; or it can continue for several months or more if your concerns are more emotional and relationship oriented or long term anxiety and depression. 🦋 Regardless of why you are seeking therapy, you will gain tools from your very first appointment. 🦋 My practice is Somatic Psychotherapy integrated with Cognitive/Behavioral and other therapies as agreed to by client. 🦋 The fee for a 50 minute session is $220, including for consultations and introductory sessions. 🦋 Weekly sessions are ideal.
